Syncing carbs

What Rpm should I be syncing the carbs at to start?

Try 1100 rpm and see how that goes.

Normal idle speed i.e. with the throttle closed.

I personally like around 2k then adjust back down to 1000-1100 when done. You may have to adjust up and down as you do your sync work.
