temp sending unit

Anyone have a problem w/ this? I just bought a '94 w/ 16k mi...@ 1st the tach was sticking....then on my ride home I noticed the temp needle never moved...maybe it's the electrical connections..will do an ohm test as per clymer book.

also check the ground wire that goes to the thermostat housing...it gets corroded and will cause issues like you have.

The sensors rarely go bad. Check the wire connections.

Hope those suggestions work out for you , but if not I've got a couple gauge clusters

I took off the covers , etc & got to it...the underside & tightened the nuts on the connections. It works now. Time to do the fork seals...lol .
