Do anybody know when stock intake/exhaust cams should theoretically open/close valve, before/after top dead centre (TDC) in degrees? I can?t find this info in manual.

Could not find the OEM info but here's some of the cam info from the cams we sell.
274-00 .375" 257? 106.5? Designed for stock pistons, must check. 22 btc/55 abc .006"
.375" 257? 106.5? Improved mid-range, some added top-end. 55 bbc/22 atc .008"
Mini sprint 1/8 & 1/4 mile. Use #30-1017.
274-x7 .354" 254? 106? OK with stock pistons and springs. 21 btc/53 abc .006"
.354" 254? 106? Strong mid-range torque. 53 bbc/21 atc .008"

Just my 2 cents but I think most people overlook this as a source of more or less power. It seems to me that the timing chains stretch with use and cam timing is influenced. If setting valve lash I would also check the cam phasing.
