updating foot pegs

can the newer tapered foot pegs still fit in the 85 mounts? or do the mounts have to be replaced as well? looking to update from the big flat bricks that came with my 85... anyone have some of the newer style around? :ummm:

AFAIK all years are interchangeable - only the shape of the rubbers changed.

I have some from a 88. R1's will fit with a little machinging or a steady dremil hand

I think you actually need the pegs, pins, bushings, and springs. Main mounts are the same. Of course we can sell you any number of aftermarket pegs too.

check exactrep they have nice CNC pegs and shift pedal.
I got them they really look great, fit well but are not small at all.
