metal struts for the rear shocks

What size of struts in place of the shocks could be used at the lowest point for the vmax before you would run into problems? Thanks.

On the rear? That depends on the tire size used. The struts that come with the pingle wheelie bars we sell are 10.5" long and get pretty close. I think it could go shorter if desired but keep in mind other parts are going to rub the ground quickly too.
