valve cover gasket change mechanic in MD

does anyone here can come over and change the valve cover gasket and bike check up for my 1986 Vmax in Baltimore Maryland, I’m willing to pay if you can quote me in advance, I tried to change the valve cover gasket but I just couldn’t do it, old gasket comeout, couldn’t pull the valve cover off the engine, I’m so frustrated and I want to ride the bike so badly.
