Hi guys,

I got a problem with my vboost control unit.
It is not working properly.

When turning the ignition key it wil not make the servo
Motor work. So nu buzzing.

When i press on the vboost unit it works every time.
I guess it is broken, the circuit board.

Any of u have any tips?

Greetz Reinier from Holland

did you solve the problem?
I might have the same problem.
it doesnt start all the times.

Hi Negative

I think I solved it.

I took the circuitboard out of the plastic housing.
In the back of the housing I already spotted some corrossion residu.

The back of the circuitboard was pretty corroded. But is was pretty superficial
I could wipe most of it of the coating/silicon.

Apparently no damage to the circuitboard. Only 2 solded points pierced through the resin and corroded so bad it coused it to fail.

Whiped al the smudge of and sanded the points and lackerd it.

Till now works 10 out of 10 times.

I changed mine to manual and i will be pulling all the vboost electronics off and selling if anyone is interested.

What do u want for the vboost control unit?
