I know a Venture rear wheel can be easily adapted to a first Gen. Anyone know if an 85 Venture front wheel will fit a first gen?

Did you find out the answer?? I need a new front wheel and they look pretty similar.

That's a 19", the OEM VMax front is 18". I'd stick to the OEM size. You probably will run into an interference issue with the front fender mount/fork brace. That could be overcome with spacers, but why use a different size front wheel?

I'm sure that CaptainKyle [email protected] or Sean Morley [email protected] should have a spare front wheel for sale.

I am not sure that the Ventures (or Virago's) are going to be a bolt in proposition. Front wheels are amoung the easiest of the wheels to adapt over though with various spacers and or custom bearings.
