Looks like the stock seat. Cover is just vinyl. Best thing to do to keep from deteriorating is keep it out of the sun. Beyond that, most vinyl can be cleaned with Armor-all or an equivalent cleaner/conditioner.

Don't use regular ArmorAll on your seat!

Look for Marine vinyl protectors. Something like Marine 31 Vinyl Protecant with SunBlock does not use silicones or petroleum distillates.

I use Protect All on mine for years and still looks brand new.
