Hi, I've got a leaking rubber plug on my right hand rear cylinder water jacket. Got a good deal on a replacement set from Motorcycle mart Ltd. The question is do I need a special removal / fitting tool? It appears to have an internal thread. What's the best method of removal / fitting it? thanks,

Oh, also the motor sounds a little lumpy, slight rumble on tick over around the clutch area, is this normal? Sorry, new to vmax ownership

according to the manual a spark plug is the tool to get the rubber plug out, screw the top thread in to it

It's just a way to drain the coolant from the block. The drain bolt under the water pump doesn't get it all.
