Vmax Guru's race ECU

I've been watching for this, Vmax Guru got the race ECU and dyno'd it today. So far it doesn't look like it's the 240hp some were hoping for, just a speed delimiter:

Thats sad considering its $850. and can probably be bypassed for free, if you know what wires on the bike to change/cut/splice/move, whatever.

Yeah, Yamaha has said from beginning it just removes the limiter.

Now is 09 is limited to 225 kmph , well thats what ive heard anyway .
But having been in contact with someone that has got one saying they have had theirs up to 240+ kmph twice .
And nothing has been done to it .:confused2:
