I used to take my 2001 VMax to BoxenStopp in Daytona beach for tune ups, but since Joe is gone is there a shop that specializes in Vmax tune and repair somewhere in Central Florida, near Orlando I need to have the valves adjusted.

You could try SpecOps13, a member on here, who is older, and has sold his bikes, he might be able to help you out, he's in Tampa. Try PM'ing him. I don't know how-often he checks-in, but he still does read and post. I just checked, he's been on last week.

I have the valve cam tool and box of various thickness shims. I see you are a new member. Is that something you would try to tackle yourself. Sean Morley used to send out the same thing but got burned by unreturned kits if I am not mistaken.
Getting the valve covers off and on is the hardest part to me ! LOL !
