Hi all, I'm looking for passenger seat as well as a sissy bar for my 2010 vmax.

Installed the OEM passenger backrest today. It was really easy. Got it from Partzilla for about $400.

When I checked Partzilla they no longer had it in stock...But thanks for the reply.

They were not in stock when I ordered mine. It took about two weeks for the part to show up. Attached are before and after pictures. I really like how the new ones stand out on the rear fender.

Thanks for the replies guys. Parzilla seems to be the best price so far. I'll wait and see if anyone on this forum is selling used or I guess I have to bite the bullet and pay for a new passenger seat and backrest.
