What brand and where to buy both wheel bearings

My bike has developed a weird feel to it recently and I think I would feel better replacing the wheel bearings regardless (16k miles). The best way I can describe the feeling is similar to a micro second hydroplane effect.
What brand do you recommend and where to buy? TIA

OEM but there are plenty of options out there. You could even go Ceramic (in three of the 4 wheel bearing places front/rear) which is even smoother then standard bearings.
