I was at Sams club today doing some shopping. I saw a guy gliding along. At first I thought he push the cart and was riding it. Then I saw he was using a hover board, pushing the cart. It worked slick. The guy was good on it. The question is, was the guy allowed to use it there. I can't imagine that Sams club or any other store for that matter, would allow use of a hover board in their store. Giant Liability. I think he got away with it.

I don't think anybody's taken the time to write policies yet. Just wait until one catches on fire in the store.

I think I'd still get one for fun, though.

Considering many places have signs banning skates, skateboards, rolling shoes, etc logic would dictate a hover board would be banned as well. I am sure it will be after the first lawsuit.
