the Vboost module has 3 wires in:
black = 0v
brown = power
grey = ignition signal (for engine RPM)

and 5 wires out:
red/black = ?
yellow/black = ?
white/black = ?
yellow/blue = ?
white/red = ?

I don't think the motor for the servo is a stepper motor but a 2 wire DC motor with limit switches.
So two wires to power it (reverse voltage to turn it other direction), 2 wires for limit switches with common ground?

Isthat corredtr, and what wire is for what?

I only know the two that open or close the valve. I've attached a pic of a manual vboost switch showing which.

Yay, isn't the internet wonderful - managed to stumble on the wiring diagram. Two leads are power and other 3 are for a potentiometer:
red/black = power
black/yellow = power

yellow/blue = potentiometer
white/black = potentiometer; resistance between these should be 7.5 kOhm

white/red = slider on pot
