I'm pretty sure the two for the scoop are M5, button hex head, two different lengths.
The three (?) that hold the front grilles to the scoops are same but M3 or M4.
Button head screws with hex socket look slightly different to the originals but unless you are entering the bike into a concourse event with the intention of getting a prize, most mortals would not be able to tell the difference, assuming there is a difference.
I have stock button heads as well as chrome button heads that are identical to stock but chromed. BUT, you can find other stainless fasteners are many locations. Simple 6mm x 1.0 pitch on those scoop bolts (for a gen 1). Don't get too long on the uppers since it will only gouge into the frame if it goes to far through. The part number on the fiche also usually identifies the size and length.
