What I found out last night is whoever had the bike prior to me had them wired incorrectly. It had the fast flash/ hyper flash. But they did have the flashers insulated from the metal, which didn't cause it to short out and blow the fuse. when I was cleaning stuff this year it made a connection and blew my fuse.. As a mechanic in the military you run into things that someone else did prior to you looking at it, and having to correct their mistakes. It happens with your car sometimes at the car shops also...
