Could be bad plug, or incorrect plug gap. I would check and make sure each secondary plug boot is securely affixed to the plugs. Sounds crazy but I wonder if they didn't put the terminal nuts on one of the spark plugs tops? That is if it has stock or aftermarket plug wires. Just a thought...

I'm in the process of gathering parts for my 89' max turbo project and came across the inexpensive performance connecting rods on eBay. I see that they come with ARP 2000 bolts which is a reputable piece but am concerned with the quality of the rods and small end bronze bushing. Just wondering...

Yup thats correct! I removed the flip section to fix the front seam and broke the plastic frame that the rectangular nuts are molded into. So I now have now way to afix the flip section to the driver seat. Thanks!!
