I have a new 06 with 3300 miles on it. When I bring the front wheel off the ground and spin it, it makes a rubbing noise on the brakes in some spots. Is this normal? Is there a way to fix this and make the noise go away?

took the bike out this morning, and discovered that it had develped a whirring noise under deceleration,(akin to apiece of cardboard stuck between the front wheel and mudgaurd).I disassembled the clutch and the final drive,but found nothing untoward. Has anyone come across tis problem before?

Not the normal 2 almost whine sounds from the fuel pump(assuming) but it sounds like more of a light grinding or ticking sound. It does it when I turn on the ignition. Not all the time but probably at least half of the time. What is this and is there a way to fix it?
