Please explain why the listed recipient should receive the award.

Bill generously gave me a decent set of rear shocks to allow me to dispose of my old rear shocks on a 1986 I'm slowly getting back on the road. He's always quick to share his knowledge and experience to assist others as they trouble-shoot their rides, and as an owner of an original year '85 since new, he's got a lot of experiences to share. Truly a 'nice guy,' and I would like to see his largess recognized by the presentation of this award.
