backrest install?

good morning brothers, just have a quick question i'm sure you can answer i've finally picked up a factory backrest for my 92 so the wife does'nt feel left out everyday staying home and wanted to know if i'm going to need any new hardware to put it on, or if you just use the bolts that are on the factory grab bar. As long as you got the entire assembly (backrest and the two side rails), along with the black square bracket that holds them together and supports the rear fender, you should be good to go. I'm assuming you got some nuts/bolts with the backrest? If not, you may need a handful of 8 or 10 mm bolts but nothing too uncommon.
