After 26k miles, the bike suffered the common loose bolts problem. I will replace the clutch and bolts and try to secure with strong threadlock plus peening of the bolt ends. However, I am not satisfied with the original design and will take measures for a future redesign with a stronger and better one way bearing. I have the advantage of having a fully equipped machine workshop at work with people that knows how to use the machines. If I manage to find a working solution I will post a description for you guys.

Or, just swap over with the machining needed to run the current royal star starter clutch. That's what we do for our HD version which as of yet we have not have one fail. Thus you won't need to invent anything new.
