Can the damper on this bracket be taken out? I'm sure it can but how easy/hard will it be?

a big shop press might get it? why tho? u can powdercoat with it in.

since you put it that way...no problems i'll leave it in. i knew it would survive but i was been kind of anal about it, was thinking of maybe putting on new ones...but to hell with it

i think you'd spend a ton of time on it to actually get it out.

A press will take it out and I actually have them on hand. BUT, i've never needed to replace them. They hold up to powercoat and chrome with no problems.

...but rusted they look like shit...I've removed them once with a HUUDGE PITA.
Done it without a press but I would not recommend that as they sit hard like concrete.
