Look in the 'search' function for replacements for the temperature sender units. There are imports -cars- which will fit & can be found at a good auto parts store.

So I've now got about 300 miles on it. It's been monsoon season here in PA apparently. Took it to work the other morning and noticed that the lighting will dim slightly and brighten back up, rinse and repeat. I'm hoping y'all aren't gonna point directly at stator or regulator. I'm thinking it's gonna be a wonky connector. Any usual suspects here?

How old is the battery?
Vmax's have notoriously weak charging systems. It doesn't take a whole lot for things to go pear shaped. If your battery is a few years old you need to have it load tested as it may be on its way out.
