Hi,

I got my Hyperpro springs in today but they seem to be shorter then original:

Is this normal? Also, the part number is SP-YA12-SSA008 with subtype low....

Does anyone had the same issue with these springs? Is it normal?

Thank you!

The Progressive Springs come with 1 5/16" (3.3 cm) PVC Pipe to use as a Spacer.
I would just grab some from a local hardware store and cut it to the needed length.

Are you sure? Mine were already opened so that`s where the spacers might have gone (will never order from that webshop again). I will call HyperPro tomorrow and try to get some spacers from them... or just return the whole lot and get my money back :bang head:

Thank you!

I've got Hyperpros but I have USD forks..I think I used the stock spacers but then again I think the spring length was same as stock for me.

Well,

Found this on google:
V-MAX/ VMX 1200 93-> LOWERING SPRING KIT -25 MM CHROME TWIN LOWER SP-YA12-SSA008
So that solves it, thanks all for helping!

^ You can still use PVC Spacers with those Springs if you don't want to lower the Forks internally.

Hey Rempage,

I'f seen the same Hyperpro spring photo's on the dutch V-max site...:ummm:

I guess a V-maxxer with the same problems...:eusa_dance:

Greetzzz Arlon

That`s because I`m Rempage over there so you`re looking at the same thing :biglaugh:. All happy now!
