Im Having John at PCW build me a exhaust for my 1570 long rod. Its going to be a 4 into 1 step w/ carbon can should be bad ass. I will post some pics when I get it.

Receved the PCW 4 to 1 exhaust today. The pipes are black ceramic coated 1 5/8'" to 1 3/4" step four to one with 2 1/8" secondary to 2 1/2 can. Took me around two hours to install.

I mentioned it to you before, but I really love that bike of yours! I was ogling it when it was up for sale. PCW did a great job on it.

The new exhaust looks great as well. Looking forward to the video.

Hey Vmax_nc,
that is one sweeet looking bike & exhaust system there ! :punk:
Can't wait to hear a sound clip of it rumbling !

BTW, great looking grave yard scene you've got there in your garage.

Yea Jeff thats from the big Halloween party we have every year, never took it down........

That may be a issue, although it's no lower than Mark's or UFO's systems. The bike sits pritty low, and it did scrap the two front pipes on the Mark's when going over speed bumps or when cornering hard.

The PCW pipes fit more to the midline of the bike more so than ufo's or mark's. So the cornering maybe better, I will just have to wate and see on that one. Will still need to look out for the speed bumps.

davidon, take back my last post, went out and measured other bike w/ UFO's exhaust on it. From the bottom of the front pipes is 1-3/4" to the bottom of the frame rails. The PCW exhaust is 2-1/4", so yes bumps may be a issue.

I was thinking about raising the bike up 1" from were it is now. Rear shocks won't be a problem but the front forks are already to the top of the triple tree. Maybe fork extensions but dont know how strong they would be. Anyone have any input on this?

maybe tlak to tom @ COO he offers sport bike extensions.
