shift lights..again

Hey.

Pics will follow once I can find the cable to connect the camera.

I have an autometer tach w/small LED shift light on the tach face. I would like to install the larger, tube-type shift lights, but the folks at autometer says the tach I have wont allow an add-on light.

Any ideas on this?

I would have to agree, now if it was the other way around meaning, orginal has a filiment bulb and you want to convert it to an LED you would put a resistor in place. Sell it on ebay. I know autopart stores here such as Autozone, Pepboys, sell the autometer tach with the tube shift light.
