Shims Question

What size washer shims go on the stock needles? Is there a size? I tried matching them up at ace hardware and found a match but the washer's were VERY LOW quality and had rough edges.

Radio shack has a bag of various sized washers some of which will work for shimming needles

If you can, grind them down. Here, small needle adjustments go a long way. I bought shims from Paul C and received 8. Four were 1/2 clips and 4 were 3/4 clips.
