this is all great advice thanx. My rear wheel is coming off soon as I'm getting a Venture diff to reduce my revs on my 90-miles commute.
I guess I better start investigating tire prices.. What's the deal with those... I don't think I like those Dunlops very much, but then again they aren't new. I take it Bridgestones and Metzelers are the other popular choices, and that there aren't too many choices because of the OEM rear wheel size? Maybe I'll start a poll to find out what everyone thinks works best!
 
mine has always had the decel wobble so I finally tried the easy fix described here.Just loosened the top nut then slowly adjusted the 2 spanner nuts.
All i can say WOW

If you're going to keep the bike, might as go ahead and do the conversion to radials. It will be painful, though.

It is that but man it rides and handles nice! :eusa_dance:
