Update my oil filter setup?

Anyone out there recommend a place I can buy the mods necessary to update my old-school ('89) oil filter setup to the new, one-piece filters?

I know I've seen someone who sells the modded crossbars, but I can't recall...

On my 85 I did not need the bent crossbar so you might want to try converting it without the bent crossbrace

Try our good friend Tom @ Cycle One-off, he makes the adaptor plate and has proper crossbars on hand.
