Started once a month since '06 until she wouldn't start (yeah, he was a genius)
Carbs were full of rust---rebuilt by me
Tires sorta bad looking -- replaced by me
2nd gear might be going bad, but was being ridden normally when it went into "storage" -- we'll see...
Hope to have her back on the road in another week or two.

Bought a 2006 brand new 0000 miles. 5/28/09 bone stock for $8000.
It was siting in the showroom for 3 years. They were asking $8500. Told him I would give $8000 and he took it. While I was doing paperwork a guy came in from NH and said he called about it and was coming down. The dealer thought I was him. Oh well his loss my gain.

1989 bought used in 2000 from a good friend with 21,000 miles $1500. Had stage 7 and supertrapp slip ons at the time. I later put a full kerker and givi windshield on with drag bars. He got married and had a kid and just wanted a new set of golf clubs. I pretty much stole it for the price.

Stage 7 jet kit, K&N pod filters with puke hose, Kerker 4-1, constant V-boost (butterfly assembly included with purchase) Yamaha backrest (needs chromed, original grab bar included), relocated tail light. Chromed scoops and side covers. Very nice shape with a couple very minor flaws. $5,000.

I thought the price was fair enough.
