I find the "little differences"between the UK and US fascinating. Our "children's aspirin", the kind used for simple anticoagulation, is 75mg. We call Tylenol its "international standard" name, paracetamol, never acetaminophen, and I don't know if the Tylenol brand is even available here. There are lots of others.
