carb sync info

i received my carbtune yesterday and decided that since its been about 3000 miles ( pretty sure its been longer than that even) since i re-synced i opened it right away and got busy. i know vaccume can often tell how efficient a motor is running so it got me to thinking. how much vacuum per cylinder is considered normal. how much is high how much is low ect... also how does this look for a final reading? i didnt get to spend much time on it but it seemed to be decent to me ( although this is my first time doign it by myself)
