grips....

I have foam grips on now.....I want to go with something else (that I can put bar ends on)
What does everyone recommend?
I want comfort and looks too, of course!
What size (diameter of the stock handlebars) and length of the grips?
Anyone with pics, feel free to post so I can get an idea.

I believe the stock bars ar 7/8" in diameter and around 29" in width.
You might want to check out throtlemeister's , they're a combo of bar ends and cruise control. 4gasem provided this link for the post regarding "numbing fingers", might be some useful info there as well.

I put bar-end mirrors on with my foam grips. I just cut the ends of the grips flush with the handlebars. I'm not a fan of foam grips though. They feel all comfy when you first grab them with bare hands. But when riding, I don't feel like my grip is secure, or I have to squeeze too hard to get a secure feeling. It's bad enough with summer gloves, worse with winter gloves.

The VMOA store has one set of grips, I'd just as soon buy there when I decide to replace.
