you need to come to Corning Danny....these assholes are worthless!
(along with the mayor!)
cops are more interested in sexually harrassing females (and some males) -mainly teens.
On 9/11, I went out to drop our flag at work to half mass....looked across the street at the CFD (corning fire dept) and theirs is up all the way!
WTF! they lost fellow fire fighters in 9/11 and they aren't showing respect???
soooo...I asked my boss (he JUST retired from the fire dept as chief ) why they didn't lower theirs....his reply?
NOTHING gets done without the mayors say so....INCLUDING lowering the flag!
talk about a city full of assholes!

Very familiar with Corning Randy....had lots of friends up on Wopp Hill! :punk:

on the hill where the college is?
never heard of any hills around here called wopp hill (there are alot of Italians up there tho....lol)

around here, it's all about reports. If the job requires a report the pcso deputies will ignore it until it's over with. Calling the cops around here is like pissing into the wind. Better to take care of the problem ourselves. Did i mention that i took a taser away from one of the guys i caught in my compound. I offered to give him a 45 round to the head but he declined.:rofl_200:
what is " PCSO " ?

WE HAVE FRIENDS THAT HAD JUST MOVED TO NEBRASKA , THE WOMEN & HER SON ARE DRIVING DOWN THE CITY STREET THOUGH A , SO SHE SAID A " GREEN LIGHT " ( I BELIEVE HER ) , A COP CAR "T"-BONES HER MINI-VAN & FLIPS IT OVER ! ... THEY WERE ALL BANGED UP , NOW HERES WHERE IT GETS GOOD , THE POLICE DO THE POLICE REPORT & THE POLICE CAR HAS THE TYPICAL DASH-CAM , THEY SAID THAT THEY REVIEWED THE TAPE & SHE HAD BLOWN THROUGH THE RED LIGHT , AND WAS ISSUED SUMMONSES , HER LAWYER GOT A COURT ORDER FROM A " JUDGE " FOR THEM TO BE ABLE TO REVIEW THE TAPE . WELL , MYSTERIOUSLY THAT TAPE HAD " DISAPPEARED " ! .. UN-FUCKING BELIEVABLE ! .. JERK-OFF :jerk it: LYING COPS ! .. SO IT WENT TO COURT , BUT THANK GOD FOR A JUDGE THAT HAD SOME BALLS AND THE TOWN HAD TO BUY HER A NEW MINI-VAN & PAY FOR ALL OF THEIR MEDICAL EXPENSES !

I was a guard at the police station for 2 years so I have a very good understading how things work. Yes there are some very good people on the force. And some make their own rules . Never get in a pissing argument with them ...youll loose.

I don't remember which side of town it was on, just a residential neighborhood built on a side hill with terraced streets. Yeah, all Italians, all worked at Corning Glass....maybe the Wopp Hill thing was just what they called it, it was a long time ago. :confused2:

speaking of the devil. a cop just went to court today over beating the crap out of a teenager. the charges were cleared... yet he still has to have ethics training, moral training, discipline training, and will be reassigned, and the community and mayor are not happy about the ruling.
in his defense though i guess the kid was an @$$ LOL

rogue cops mang

we had one cop voted in a local community to maintain a small lake front. well he was supposed to scrap some metal and use the money to maintain the vehicles and tool shed etc.. well i guess it was like 2k dollars in scrap metal. he KEPT ALL OF IT!!! the community didnt turn him in because they were afraid he would retaliate. it took months for anyone to come forward about it. he was stealing gasoline, using the vehicles for himself and even took one on vacation supposedly. i guess he even wrecked a boat and blaimed it on the weather..

when confronted about the money he gave a manager 140 dollars LOL

ya didnt serve any jail time as far as i know but he did have to pay back the scrap money and was removed from the lake board

you know its bad around here when politicians are campaigning to "straighten" and "clean" up the local PD LOLOL. seriously theyre using it as campaign fuel

Shelby County - Police in Shelby County released details Wednesday about charges involving a Shelbyville police captain.
Captain Doug Hasecuster, 38, faces several charges including child seduction involving a 16-year-old girl.

i heard about this guy 3 months before this story even came on the news and i live a half hour away from there. he raped a crap load of girls and told them "they can tell whoever they want because noone is going to believe you"

and it worked. only a few told because they believed him..

but once he was on the news a lot of them came forward.

one of the girls raped was my friends GF..

"It was a family member. I don't know what kind of family member. It was a family member that came forward to the prosecutor," said Lt. Michael Turner, Shelbyville Police Department.
According to court documents, Hasecuster, who was also part of a security detail at the high school, engaged in sexual deviate conduct with the teen, provided wine to a minor, then lied about it to investigators.

The alleged activity took place between March and November 2009.

one cop is bad enough but what do you do when its half your force???

EAST CHICAGO, Ind. (AP) - This is one expense that didn't slide through.
The Indiana State Board of Accounts says East Chicago Police Chief Augusto Flores and Human Resources Director Hector Rivera must repay $1,340 to the police department's petty cash for disallowed expenses including a run for White Castle hamburgers, popularly known as "sliders."
Auditors questioned expenses including $740 for Christmas party catering, $375 for an employee party and baby shower and $194 in unaccounted-for funds. Rivera initially said some of the unaccounted-for funds went for training seminar refreshments, but after auditors challenged an after-midnight time stamp on a White Castle receipt, the chief said the money went to feed officers from other departments assisting East Chicago police.
The Times of Munster reported Tuesday that auditors deemed it an inappropriate use of taxpayer dollars.

The incident in question happened when a dancer at the Classy Chassy strip club asked a client for a ride home. According to a police report, the client, who investigators think was off-duty Indianapolis police officer Dwayne May, "continually made sexual innuendoes. The dancer told police that she felt uneasy and texted her boyfriend to meet them at a gas station at 38th Street and High School Road. The dancer said the vice officer became angry, flashed his badge and demanded all her money."It was extremely overzealous on the director's part to release this information," Owensby said. "He shouldn't have done it."Four days after the incident, May hasn't been arrested. Owensby said Straub spoke out too soon without knowing what really happened.

An Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officer pled guilty today to charges stemming from an August domestic dispute and must resign his position with IMPD but will serve no jail time.
Sgt. Stephen R. Blinn pled guilty to criminal recklessness, a Class D felony.
Blinn received a sentence of one year in jail with 363 days suspended and credit for time served. Instead, he will serve 90 days on home detention and the remainder of the sentence on probation.
He was arrested Aug. 5 in Danville, after police said he fired his department-issued handgun while driving in his squad car during a domestic dispute with his girlfriend. No one was injured in the incident.

Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard told 50 ministers he’s experienced “pushback” by police officers in his efforts to reform Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
The mayor said the response has been “disconcerting at times.”“They (police) aren’t used to bringing in these practices, they haven’t seen them before,” Ballard said after a meeting with 50 ministers of various denominations at the Barnes United Methodist Church, 900 W. 30th St.
Led by Ballard, the top brass in the city’s public safety ranks have been working to promote a culture of change. It’s been thwarted this summer by a wave of cases of individual police malfeasance. Just this week, details were revealed about four officers facing misdeeds or allegations of them.
