If you purchased a BattleStar pipe thinking you purchased the same pipe that was bolted to the bike that made the 8 second run, you may be the victim of a classic "Bait and Switch".

I extensively tested this pipe and it did not make any big horsepower.
I think the only difference between this one and the final production model was the welded merge slips.

After I sent this back to UFO, they found the rear merge collector was keeping the bike from making power.

The production model has a couple of redundant Y slip merges that are shaped like a "U" .
The BattleStar has a revised rear Y slip merge that is more "V" shaped .
