If you paid between 9 and 10K, that would probably be a fair price considering the damage to bike. Just pipes alone can be very pricey, and hopefully you have no mechanical issues, surging etc. Sight unseen and Harley dealer and Jap bike, can I say recipe for disaster, oops I already said it...
