Hi All Sorry for not updating my progress. Carb synch was not the issue. I had to do a partial rebuild of the carbs. I did get a carbtune II and it does work very well. Thanks for all the input on this topic.

Hi kellielu Carb Kit Capitol out of canada is who i bought the kit from. Keyster appears to be the manufacturer of the kits. Please note I just edited my previous post to include that the parts from the kit that I listed above seem to be working appropriately in my max.
