All carbon parts on my bike are from Maxi carbon they were easy to deal with and kept me up to date with the order. The parts needed a bit of fettling with a dremel to fit.

Your water pump impellor may be U/S they are made of plastic and can get damaged which then does not allow the correct volume of coolent to be displaced around the engine. I had same problem and had to replace the water pump, the impellor blades were all damaged some of them missing..Changed...

My tuner guru installed a power commander for fine tuning and now bike making 200hp at wheel and 135ft/lbs torque.. I now have the problem of the clutch slipping with the extra ponies and torque... Double d clutch kit ordered so hopefully this will fix the issue when fitted.... Thanx to Ade Rix...

You still have engine running hot ?

Run the original BT 28 as they have good grip in wet or dry roads.....

Dam mid pipe is a work of art this is what makes the Dam system cost that bit more

Full Dam system 4 in to 2 pipes just flow with this bike and the sound is amazing even with baffles in......

Hi does any one have the healtech quick shifter and if so could you please help me input the best settings for smooth upshift. I have just fitted one and it is not as smooth as I thought ..I may have the settings wrong ..please help.
