I'm 81 and own a 1988 VMAX. It's my 16th motorcycle and my second VMAX. I had a 92 a few years back and was always sorry I sold it. Like you, I have a 30 inch inseam. I find that a good pair of motorcycle boots allows me to "flat foot" it with no problems.

This past November I purchased an 88 V MAX (Atlanta area) in very much the same good original condition as yours, with 23,000 miles. The asking price was $4,000, I paid $3,800. I found the bike listed on Face Book's "Marketplace". If you decide to sell, I suggest you wait until March - April...
