    does not sound like software error. Perhaps just a bad/dirty pin on the flashed ECU connecting terminals, visual check is easy even at first without knowing which pin is related to error 39/open circuit primary injector.

    in order to take out the pump the entire rear (incl Tank) has to come off. Suggest you make an easy to do check first, remove the filler cap, 6 nuts M6, drain the fuel (pump it out) and check the pump assembly and fuel filter. See picture attached, I have an extended range aluminum tank but...

    Good to hear! Perhaps a battery issue? voltage reading on a lead acid battery can be deceiving, especially if the battery is not brand new, troubled me years ago. Changed to lithium, all issues solved, also no need for a battery tender, self discharge is minor in a lithium battery.

    what troubles me is when opening the throttle it will start, which should never be the case, perhaps engine running to lean? Did you do any Mods, ECU, Air box, etc? After ECU flash I had a similar issue, hot engine would start only after three or four tries, solved the problem finally.

    immobilizer disconnection

    on top of the picture you see two white connectors (beside coolant filler cap), it is the lower one. In my experience when immobilizer is active everything works fine, only issue is the service mode, it is impossible to enter service mode with Nash ECU and active immobilizer.
