    idle drops when hot

    Check the ignition coils, they are prone to splitting and breaking down causing unstable idle especially when warm or when riding in wet weather. Have a look at the article on this problem on http://exactrep.com/acatalog/HT-Ignition-Coil---Replacement--128.html#SID=28

    Low speed / idle engine miss

    If you lift the clutch does the noise reduce, if it does it's probably noise from clutch/primary drive due to poor carb sink. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
