I'm running a Shinko 011 in the rear and a Battlax on the front, a fantastic setup for me. I bought the Shinko's for the front and the back but the front tire was crap and bounced all over the place from about 40+.

Although it's not on the bike right now I have the OEM touring windshield and it works great. It helps a bunch to keep the wind pressure off my head and chest. I didn't/don't have problems with buffeting.

I'll keep trying, absolutely! Reaction time on that run was .110 and the 60' was 1.771. I didn't heat the tire before launch on any of the runs, I'll see if that helps me the next time we go. I was launching around 4,500 if I remember correctly. I've dropped 10 pounds since those runs...that's...

That was my first time through a tree...have pity...my best out of 5 runs was 10.726 @ 120.18. :) Nash Flash, DD clutch mod, airbox mod w/lid removed & K&N, no cat, Delkevic 4into2.

Meant to post this back at the end of summer, this was around mid-August...I'm slow! Pretty cool to line up with the only other GEN2 known in our area, that's me and Turbo Ghost! We had a ball that night!

Same here, with exception to my Harley days....didn't really matter then. My bike handles as well now as it did when I had the Battlax on both ends, I don't see any issues.

I put a new set of Shinko's on my '17, the back is fantastic and hooks up great on launch once heated up...the front was crap. The tire bounced all over the place, even put beads in and it didn't help. I went back with a Battlax on the front and have zero issues. Simply put...I got a bad tire...

This is my 2017 Gen2, bought this bike brand new, only has about 5,200 miles on it. I've done the Nash Flash, air box mods, DD clutch, cat delete and the Delkevic exhaust, Tidy Tail, short back rest, and led's in the rear, and a rear rack...I think that's it so far...
