I attached photos to the post. The photo with a measurement of 3.970" is of the caps major diameter. I tried to remove the caps as they are removable, but was unable to get them out without scratching them all up. So I was unable to measure the minor diameter (the end of the cap that slides in...

"What are the megaphone dimensions for the small end and big-end, and the o.a. length?" I will measure the inlet soon. For the big end the baffle core and cap (hole in cap) is 2.5 inches i belive. Do you want over all max diameter of the muffler? I will also post pictures of dimensions measured.
