    My VMax restoration project

    My intention is to leave it as it is; in a raw state. I really wanted to have an industrial feel to it, so figured that leaving it bare metal was best. I've sprayed WD40 all over so oxidation should hopefully be kept at bay. Thanks everyone! :)

    Aftermarket head gasket

    The Haynes manual instructs you that the head gaskets have to be placed in a certain direction, the OEM ones have the word "HEAD" printed on them and this should be facing up. However, the head gaskets that came in the gasket kit I bought have no words or marking, leading one to conclude that...
