Since there were a couple of suggestions to improve light intensity and I wanted to both reduce power consumption as well as improve headlights; I want to present my solution. I know there are easier solutions (LED bulbs) but they are NOT street legal in Europe and wont ever get homoligation...

Anybody having a valve shim shift tool around? Here in EC they cost around 100$ and I might not even need it, just want to have it - in case. And if I need it, I might need it just once... would be great to get it cheap but in working condition.
