Thanks, mileage was crappy before carb overhaul and crappy now. Went for a ride waiting for the bike to cool down then I'll pull the plugs and see if closing up the gap helped.

Changed spark gap going to go for a ride and check plugs when I get back. Stark baking off the needle clips if I still look rich.

I picked up some packing from the local shop. My packing looked like new but I wanted to get rid of the high tones. The fiber glass mellowed it out a lot.

Does the speak easy mount inside the packing baffel? What kind of packing are you using to repack? I just got an older set that could probably use freshening up. It scares women and children as it is now.
