Before I went through the carbs the plugs were almost white now look at them. Anyone see any issues besides them being too rich?

First thing I'd check is for good compression, strong spark and float levels. Once that was done, I'd check for dirty air jets and air filter. If that was good, I'd set my mixture screws per the Carb section and re-sync. Once that was all done, I'd buy new spark plugs and run the bike through all rev ranges and do the different rpm tests to check main jets, needle and pilot settings.

whats changed since the plugs where perfect white till now black....jetting the same if so something is not put back together just right
