I drilled all these holes with one bit. Be sure to chamfer the holes, I used an 82 degree counter sink.
This is the stock regulator , it doesn't run a stable enough output for a H.I.D. headlight .
Switched this out during the swap.

I had seen those drilled discs advertised on eBay for like 150 bucks. I thought, if their doing it so can I. Turn the bit SLOW and use a lot of oil.
That looks slick, and at a good price too.
This is the paint, the number code is for Mercedes Benz C63 matt finish. The real name is Persian orange from Sherwin Williams automotive counter.
